But for those who haven’t yet, Jesse and Ben’s country wedding was featured in the current issue of Real Weddings Vancouver! I was so happy to find out they chose this wedding as one of their features… Jesse and Ben had a lot of originality in the details of their day that deserved some attention! Thanks so much to the magazine for featuring this story. I had a wonderful experience working with the people that pulled everything together at media hill.

This year I was lucky enough to get a featured wedding in there! The wedding of Amie and Sonny was chosen as one of three in the ’09 issue! This is the first wedding I photographed after graduating photography school, so it is kinda cool that it got picked. I shot this wedding with Christina Craft, who is now a co-owner of Funkytown Photography. Their studio also had another wedding featured in this magazine too! We had no idea that we were being featured in the same magazine so that was super cool.
Wedding Star also has a sister magazine which is Wedding Star Lifestyle, and in that magazine the wedding of Kristen and Bob (Tristan and I photographed their wedding this past summer) is featured. I don’t have a shot of that layout but I do have an image of Amie and Sonny’s wedding. Check out the magazines if you get a chance!
